Ashford Advisory started in 2019 when our founder realized something frustrating: most startup consultants had never actually built anything real. After 13 years running three different companies (two exits, one spectacular failure), she decided to do it differently. We spent our first year just listening. Talking to founders. Understanding what actually works in the trenches. Since then, we've worked with 47 startups across tech, e-commerce, and SaaS. Some raised funding. Some bootstrapped. Most are still standing. That's not luck. That's strategy with a human touch.
